Echo Office offers professional remote support services, including:

  • Remote receptionist services
  • Call answering
  • Calendar management
  • Administrative support work


All services are tailored to meet each client’s business needs.

Service Engagement

Clients may engage our services by:

  • Signing a formal service agreement with Echo Office
  • Directly contacting us to arrange service terms


Service begins once the agreement and terms are confirmed by both parties.

Business Hours

Our standard operating hours are:
Monday to Friday – 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (ACST)

However, clients may customise their service hours according to their specific requirements, which must be agreed upon in advance.

Fees, Charges and Payment

 Fees are set based on the client’s specific service needs and outlined in the service agreement.

 Basic rates start from $55 per day for remote receptionist services.

 Invoices are issued either weekly or per task, depending on the service model.

 Payment must be made within 3 business days of the invoice date.

Refunds and Cancellations

If a client is not satisfied with the service, they may request a refund by providing a valid reason immediately.

Clients may cancel our service at any time. However, they remain liable for all services delivered up until the cancellation date.

Echo Office reserves the right to cancel services if:

  • Payment is not received within 3 business days, or
  • We believe the client is unfairly overloading or misusing our service.

Fair Use and Limitations

 Echo Office does not promote third-party businesses or services to clients.

 We are not liable for any losses that result from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

 We do not offer legal, financial, or health-related advice as part of our services.

Updates to Terms

Echo Office may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. All updates will be posted on our official website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
